Artist, Catherine M. Elliott is one of the world's leading practitioners of Contemporary Impressionism, a style that applies the techniques of Impressionist masters like Claude Monet to the Modern American landscape.
This 43 year old painter comes from a long line of successful East Coast artists. Catherine's grandfather studied painting in France; her mother apprenticed with master painter Guy Carleton Wiggins in New Haven, CT; and her uncle is currently a professor at the Philadelphia Academy of Fine Arts. The serene effects of Catherine Elliott's canvases have not gone unnoticed, as a number of corporations, institutions and knowledgeable collectors throughout the United States aggressively collect her work. ...
